Hi,

Michelle is hospital now. She is not well enough to have visitors. Tomorrow she needs to go for a procedure to numb her nerve behind her stomach so that she can do chemo treatment. She is very weak now and in pain. Please pray that everything will be smooth.

They have found a new tumour behind her stomach.

Update

They discovered that she was not suitable for the drug so she started chemotherapy today. Each cycle is 21 days. Please continue to pray for her healing. Thanks!

SMS update from Michelle

Yesterday went back to see my oncologist. It's confirmed tat e tumours are growing again. Now there's one new growth at my liver. I'm starting a new treatment call immuno-therapy. It's oral medication where it stimulate own immune system to destroy cancer cells. I'm asked to take part in a research study of a proven new drug, and in it, I'll be randomly assigned 'by flipping a coin' to receive either Talactoferrin (proven new drug) or placebo (inactive drug). Pls pray with me tat I will get e proven drug and tat disease will not spread to other parts of my body. Thanks!

Update

I met her about a month ago with Jocelyn and lavonne. She seems much better and has put on weight. Her hair has grown too. Currently, she has moved to a new place. She is not working. Feel free to call her in the afternoon to find out how she is. She has stopped chemo for about 2 months already. Thank you all for praying.

Last week she went back for some check up, going to see doc this Tuesday. Do pray for her. Some lymn nodes seems bigger from the scan. Thanks.

Updates

Last week, Michelle has been feeling very weak and tired. She has no appetite and still have backache and cannot sleep well.

This week, She is feeling better but still weak. manage to eat small meals. still have backache that affects her sleep.

Thankful that the lump has reduced in size in just a few days. She will be going for another treatment in 3 weeks time.

The chemo session yesterday went smoothly. She slept through the session. This morning feeling pain at lower abodminal n discomfort at gastric.

Update on Francis

Dr operated on Francis last night n can't do much cos e cancer has
spread to e liver, large n small intestines. Due to complication dr
cant remove any of these esp e intestine. Otherwise he will die. Dr
only managed to remove wind n some stuff tat r trap inside e
intestines to release e swell so tat he can stop burping. Dr said tat
he is in advance stage 4 there is not much to do. Now we only hope for
miracle to happen.

Pray for Francis

Please pray for Francis, Ray's brother, a believer, who is having stage 4 stomach cancer. He is having an emergency operation now as doc says the cancer cells has spread all over his stomach. Please pray for God's protection, guidiance and deliverance.

Updates

As michelle is still experiencing backpain she went back to the doctor last thursday and friday. They did an x-ray and discovered air in her stomach. Also the lymph noders under right arm has grown bigger so need to start treatment again as soon as her gastric clears up.

Thankful

Hi thank God that she managed to see her oncologist yesterday instead of the GP at the hospital. Her oncologist says that the pain is due her muscle.

She still have pain and is unable to stay on a single position for long.However, just thankful for the x-ray results that everything looks alright.

Back ache for last 2 weeks

She has stopped chemo. However last two weeks she has been experiencing back pain that affected her sleep. She went to see doc yesterday and did xrays. Will be receiving results on Thursday. Please pray.
